Job Position: Catering Dishwasher
Location: Humble,TX77032
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Attire: Jeans and T-shirt are acceptable, non-slip shoes, no pajama pants or any type of sleepwear.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management. Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers. Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation. Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas. Sanitize all trolleys, carriers’ oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage. development, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Lean Manufacturing, Workplace Safety
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous dishwashing experience. Excellent attention to detail and self-organized Ability to deal with a heavy workload. Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays). Attention to detail. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks.
