Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking BILINGUAL Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, accurately handling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse, and able to work the early morning schedule consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Prepare, pack, label, and stage outgoing shipments for delivery or pickup.
Verify quantities, product descriptions, and shipment documentation for accuracy.
Organize and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Pull and prepare products for customer or internal orders.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, if authorized.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to management.
Keep the warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
Work Saturdays as needed based on business and shipping requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move boxes and materials safely.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Basic computer and inventory system skills preferred.
Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
Saturdays: As needed
Candidates must be comfortable consistently reporting for an early morning start time and working additional Saturdays when required.
