Account Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to support multiple client accounts, oversee on-site operations, and coordinate daily project activities. This role works directly with supervisors, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities

Work directly with supervisors and multiple client accounts

Maintain communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams

Track timelines, project updates, and deliverables

Read and interpret blueprints and project documentation

Ensure compliance with U.S. DOT and international regulations

Support operational and administrative functions as needed

Assist with resolving issues and maintaining quality standards
Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual required: English/Spanish

Knowledge of U.S. DOT and international regulations preferred

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Blueprint reading experience preferred

Typing test required

Experience in coordination, operations, logistics, or related field preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Schedule & Employment Type

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional weekends as needed
