Position Overview

Core Personnel is now hiring Inspectors for a fast-paced production environment in San Marcos. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality, accuracy, and teamwork. No experience? No problem! Full training is provided.

Shift Availability Required

This position operates on a high-hour, stable schedule. Candidates must be flexible to work Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays based on production needs.

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection: Perform hands-on inspection and assembly tasks strictly following provided work instructions.

• Quality Control: Identify, flag, and separate any nonconforming or defective products.

• Documentation: Accurately complete required traceability and verification records.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain high quality and safety compliance throughout your shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, visual accuracy, good hand dexterity, and basic counting skills.

• Instructions: Ability to follow multi-step written and verbal directions.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive lifting as needed, and adhere to all safety procedures.

• Experience: Previous inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required .
