Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing & Screening: Actively source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative methods.
* Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and closing.
* Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a positive, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand their needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
* Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values to attract passive and active job seekers.
* Recruitment Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve our recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
* Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and inform decision-making.
