We are seeking reliable General Labor Associates to join our team at a food processing company located in Sealy, Texas. This is a hands-on role in a cold/freezer-temperature environment, ideal for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and comfortable with physical labor.
Job Responsibilities
Break down pallets and handle general warehouse duties
Package products and prepare materials for shipment
Move and lift heavy boxes as needed
Monitor production lines to ensure they run smoothly and free of jams
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work Environment
Food processing warehouse
Cold and freezing temperatures maintained throughout the facility
Fast-paced production and warehouse setting
Shifts Available
Applicants must be flexible and able to work any of the following shifts:
5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays or weekends, and stay later as needed based on production demands
Requirements
Must be comfortable working in cold/freezer conditions
Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform repetitive physical tasks
Must have non-slip shoes or steel-toe boots
Flexible availability for all shifts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
