Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater / Painter to join our team in Plano, TX. This position involves preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Prepare parts and surfaces for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
Set up and operate powder coating spray equipment
Apply powder coating evenly and according to specifications
Hang, rack, and move parts through the coating and curing process
Inspect finished parts for quality, thickness, and consistency
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
Assist with other general labor or finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in powder coating, spray painting, or industrial painting preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
