Job Title: Commercial Construction General Laborer

About Us: We specialize in commercial construction cleaning and Division 10 finish-out services for large-scale construction projects (10,000 to 280,000 sq. ft.). We support clients through the critical final phases of construction, ensuring new builds and major remodels are pristine and ready for turnover.
Position Overview: We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented General Laborers to join our field crews. Under the direction of a Working Team Lead, you will execute a signature 4-phase cleaning process and provide general site support to ensure facilities are safe, organized, and presentation-ready.
Key Responsibilities:

Phased Cleaning: Execute all stages of post-construction cleaning, from rough debris removal to deep cleaning and final presentation touch-ups.

Site Maintenance: Provide ongoing housekeeping, general cleanup, and light labor to maintain a safe and organized active work zone.

Finish-Out Assistance: Help site leaders install Division 10 components like bathroom partitions, whiteboards, and specialty accessories.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including sweeping, lifting, bending, and exterior window cleaning.

Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in active construction zones, including buildings without active HVAC systems (exposure to hot and cold environments).

Experience: Previous background in commercial construction, framing, or general labor is highly preferred. Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus.

Safety First: A strong commitment to following on-site safety standards and crew directions.

Equipment: Experience operating scissor lifts or boom lifts is a plus (training and certification can be provided).

Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to communicate effectively with site leadership.
